The Safety Guard Kit for the standard Valving Machine is designed to enhance safety and operational efficiency. It includes a comprehensive protective valve wrench sleeve and advanced safety features to ensure secure handling of valves.
This item is supplied as part of the M103-000/001 but is also available for retrofitting on older machines.

- Sturdy guard construction: Includes two fixed side gratings and a front sliding door with a limit switch for secure access and enhanced safety.
- Enhanced safety: Protective sleeve covers the ball joint to prevent accidents during operation.
- Improved counterweight system: New pulley wheel arrangement for the counterweight, optimizing balance and reducing wear.
- Complete electrical control panel: Designed for one 1.5 kW electric motor, solenoid valve, hand valve for the clamping device, start/stop buttons, air filter regulator, and pressure switch for seamless integration and control.
