VALVING MACHINE FOR DRUM TANKS / TON CONTAINERS – MOVABLE

This machine is designed to insert and remove valves in Drum Tanks and Ton Containers in horizontal position.

For easy handling, the unit can be moved manually by one person. It is not necessary to move the Containers to be valved.

Supplied complete with geared motor, telescopic shaft and valve wrench.
The valves are inserted to a predetermined torque setting.
When a valve is being removed the whole power of the motor is available.
Height adjustment

- Mechanical torque control. 
- Torque range: 140-500 Nm.

• Cylinder diameter capacity: up to 900 mm
• Height to spindle: 450 mm from floor level
• Height adjustment: 355-625 mm
