PRESSURE TESTING AND VALVING MACHINE

The same machine is used to:

- Remove and insert the valves,
- Internal inspection at 45°,
- Pressure test
- Upending cylinders.

As the gas cylinder valve can be removed prior pressure testing, the handling of gas cylinders will be reduced to a minimum.

Inverter - designed for valving AND devalving AND pressure testing of 6 gas-cylinders, complete with electric worm gear motor, compressed air cylinder clamp arrangement with rubber covered clamp grips, protective mesh covers the back and the 2 sides, electric control box, fill heads and quick connectors for pressure testing.

Valving machine for gas cylinders is completed with helical geared electric motor, telescopic shaft, standard valve wrench (M131-131-000).

The valving machine is fitted on a sliding carriage on an overhead rail.

The carriage is moved sideways by means of a compressed air cylinder.

• Capacity: 4 gas cylinders.
  
• Turning: With stop position at 45° (internal inspection) and 180° for emptying.
  
• Cylinder diameter: 140-235 mm (other dimension on request).
  
• Cylinder height: 700-1700 mm (other dimension on request).
